This shisha shop was founded by Shimoda and David on September 10th, 2016.

Shimoda has been a shisha staff since 2005, the first years shisha was introduced to Japan making him have the longest professional career in shisha shops that exist in Japan today.
David　had been a regular customer of the shisha shop Shimoda first worked, beginning from 2006. David began trying shisha flavors from various companies since 2008 as he set up his own blog on personal reviews. To this day the blog carries reviews on over 500 different shisha flavors.

David Shisha was founded in seek of providing a shisha shop where everyone could enjoy and be satisfied with shisha distributed by the duo.
